about me
Hi, I’m Jennifer – a coach, facilitator and trainer with 30 years’ experience supporting people across diverse cultures, organisations and contexts.
My background spans international development, humanitarian work and leadership development, including a decade with Tearfund, where I coached, mentored and trained leaders across Latin America and the Caribbean.
Having lived and worked across four continents, I bring a broad perspective and deep appreciation for the challenges and opportunities people face as they navigate change, relationships and growth.
I’ve been coaching since 2015 and hold degrees from the University of Virginia (BA) and SOAS, University of London (MSc).
