about me

Hi, I’m Jennifer – a coach, trainer, former humanitarian worker and expat with over 20 years of professional experience in cross-cultural settings.

Raised in a British-American family in Mexico and Spain, I’ve lived and worked across Asia, Africa, the Americas, and Europe, and converse with my clients in both English and Spanish.

My background includes grassroots development work in Kenya, Ethiopia, the USA, and the UK, as well as a decade with Tearfund supporting leaders across Latin America and the Caribbean through coaching, mentoring, and training.

These experiences give me a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities of working across cultures – insight I bring to every coaching and training session. I hold degrees from the University of Virginia and SOAS (London) and have been coaching since 2015.
