Where and How Will We Work Together?
Online
Most sessions take place online. Once we agree on a time, I’ll send you a link to connect easily from wherever you are.
In Person (Devon, UK)
If you’re nearby, I offer in-person sessions just outside Exeter. We can meet in a quiet indoor space or take a walk in the surrounding countryside.
Residential Option
For those wanting deeper reflection away from daily demands, I offer a residential package in a peaceful rural setting near Exeter. This includes self-catered accommodation and dedicated time for coaching and debriefing. Please get in touch to learn more.
Group Training at Your Location
I’m also available to travel to your venue to deliver group training or workshops. If you’re interested in hosting a session for your team or organisation, feel free to reach out to discuss options.
How Much Does It Cost?
Fees vary depending on:
- Number of sessions booked
- Who is paying (organisation or individual)
- Client income – reduced rates available for lower incomes
- Country of residence – adjusted rates for clients based outside the UK

How Do I Get Started?
If you’re interested in coaching, debriefing or training, we’ll begin with a free introductory call to talk through your needs and see what might be the best fit.
While there is room for flexibility, a typical coaching package would include 6 sessions, spaced according to your goals and availability. Sessions can be 60 or 90 minutes, and in some cases, a half-day in-person session may be an option depending on your location.
